Swedish musician, songwriter and composer Philip Ekström of The Mary Onettes, Det Vackra Livet is releasing a solo album under the alias H.MOON.

H.MOON and the album, Trustblood, came to life while Philip was working on the score for feature film - ”Endings, Beginnings”, by Drake Doremus - a film about break-up and separation – while going through a time of similar changes himself. Philip could tap on to the creativity he got from writing the score and as tracks got finished he started to add lyrics to the left over tracks from the score and it grew in to being H.MOON.

Philip describes the songs as ”small dark melodic ghosts from his soul”. The music is minimalistic yet grandiose. Airy vocals floats over lo-fi bass and beautifully orchestrated string-like synths with Intimate and personal lyrics.
